This article analyzes the ethno-cultural and natiocreation factors of Ukrainians’ consolidation as a response to the challenges of post-colonial era. After the restoration of Ukrainian state Ukrainians for over a quarter centuryare still in a post-colonial paradigm of development. Only Ukrainian national revolution of XXI century and information and armed aggression of the Russian Federation in early 2014 actualized the process of decolonization and decommunisation. Under the conditions of undeclared hybrid Russian-Ukrainian war created the preconditions for the final disposition of post- Soviet and post-colonial political, economic and cultural heritage. Overcoming these post-totalitarian and post-imperial hereditary burdens contribute to further consolidation of Ukrainians, Ukrainian preservation of ethnic and cultural space. Іn research process ethnic, cultural and natiocreation aspects of the consolidation of Ukrainians as a response to the challenges of post-colonial era were analyzed, the essence of ethnic and cultural space was described, significance and role of Ukrainian national revolution of XXI century and undeclared Russo-Ukrainian war in a hybrid deployment of modern ethno-cultural processes and creation of nation were comprehended, the importance of consolidating Ukrainians to overcome the postcolonial era and the transformation of Ukraine into an object of international relations was analyzed. The author concludes that the Ukrainian political nation must first complete the Ukrainian national revolution of the beginning of the 21st century, finally eliminate the oligarch, carry out reforms in all sectors of the national economy and in the economic, financial, tax, law enforcement, legislative and executive spheres, to Ukrainianize the society and to make Ukrainian domestic and foreign policy is Ukrainian-centric. This complex process will take decades, but in the end, after overcoming the degradation and inertia of the postcolonial heritage, starting to introduce real changes in Ukraine, Ukrainians step by step deliberately moving along the path of reforms and innovations will ultimately turn the pseudo-independent quasistate entity, such a "failed state ", A sovereign, self-sufficient, legal, democratic, high-tech, powerful and prosperous Ukrainian Self-Associated State, which will eventually destroy Putin's autocratic totalitarian imperial project" Russia Federation Federation »
