Author Guidelines

  1. General requirements to the manuscript. 1.The author(s) should offer only an original scientific article, not have been published or submitted elsewhere. 2. An article should not be longer that 40 Thousand characters incl. Metadata and References. 3. The academic apparatus of the article must have at least 10 references.
  2. An article has to comply with the requirements to the settled Format and Style principles and should include following elements: Introduction with general formulation of a problem in its connection to important scientific or practical goals; analysis of the latest studies and publication concerning research subject; formulation of the research aims; main text of the article incl. substantiated scientific results and conclusions. Typeface standards: Times New Roman font, size 14.
  3. Metadata. An article has to include following metadata placed on its top in series in Ukrainian and in English: UDC (Universal Decimal Classification); information about the author(s): his/her/there scientific degree and Affiliations (place of work); ОRCID; E-Mail; Title of the article, extended annotation (at least 1800 characters incl. spaces), Key words. Examples of Format and Style of Metadata are given in Appendix 1.
  4. Numbered List of Sources (References) according to the Cyrillic alphabet (Appendix 1). References to the quotations and sourced in the text should be marked in square brackets and consist of the number of source position in the References and a page number, separated by comma.
  5. References (Latin transliteration). The articles in Ukrainian language should include References also in English, transliterated according the Example in Appendix 1 (elaborated after the Harvard Referencing System: https://www.citethisforme.com/harvard-referencing ). Recommended resourced for online-transliteration: http://litopys.org.ua/links/intrans.htm (Transliteration of Ukrainian texts to Latin script); http://translit.net/ru/gost-7-79-2000/ (Transliteration of Russian texts to Latin script). By transliteration special attention should be paid to the correct spelling of Ukrainian First and Second Names. Privacy Statement

The editorial board uses the personal information of authors, reviewers, editors, and other persons registered on the journal's website (names and email addresses) only for the purpose of verifying, reviewing, and/or publishing articles and does not transfer it to any other party.
The editorial board recognises that all materials submitted to the journal are the private and confidential property of the authors. To avoid causing harm to authors or reviewers through premature disclosure of any information from the author's original article, it is prohibited to share any details of submitted articles or review reports with third parties.
All editors and reviewers involved in the editorial process must not disclose information about the content of the author's original article (in whole or in part), the status of the review process, reviewers' comments and suggestions, or the interim or final results of the review to anyone other than the authors and reviewers. Any requests from third parties regarding the use or transfer of manuscripts submitted for publication in the Journal will be rejected by the editorial board.
The editorial board ensures the confidentiality of reviewers in the double-blind review process.
All employees involved in the editorial process must refrain from making any comments and not disclose any details of the editorial process, the review process during preparation for publication, and after publication of the article.
The editorial board does not keep copies of rejected manuscripts. Reviewers' comments may not be published or disclosed in any other way without the permission of the reviewer, author, and editor-in-chief.
