Social and Philosophical Analysis of Ideological Foundations of Modern Humanitarian Movement
Abstract
The article is devoted the study of ideological and theoretical positions and methodological foundations laid in thefoundation of the work of the humanitarian movements, which are concerned by problems of protection of people suffering from armedviolence. The idea of humanitarian action in support of humane a person, who are involved in the war and suffered from it, has gonethe evolution of the first abstract reasoning, great ideas, moral, philosophical poems of the Renaissance to the holistic doctrine, whichbecame the doctrine of Henry Dunant, Jean Pictet, other founding rights of humanity. In the area of practical realization of noblethoughts humanitarian doctrine passed thanks to the activities nurses led by Florence Nightingale from the mid 19th century andcontinues in disinterested labor delegates dozen reputable as "ICRC", "Doctors without Borders", but are not united the system of carefor people as a result of various ideological and theoretical basis, which reduces their spiritual potential.The article is based on comparative analysis compares the goals and means of protecting religious rights and humanitarian NGOs(non-government) institutions, ideological disputes regarding intellectual and moral leadership capabilities in this noble field ofaffirming humanity. The modern humanitarian movements, despite the differences in the forms of activity, are equally eclectic mix ofideological principles on neutrality and concrete assistance to the victims, humanity while ignoring fundamental assessment, carrier’sevil. They are inherent internal contradictions with competition for "humanity" between secular and religious, politicized and "neutral"institutions scattered efforts in protecting the community suffering from organized armed violence.The conclusion is that the paradigm of humanity, neutrality and combat the scourge of war should be unifying spiritual corehumanitarian societies. The institutions of civil society, which include the Humanitarian Society, an inverse correlation of power states,growing stronger as the weakening of the latter, are weighty for the state, which cannot patronize its citizens suffering in the maelstromof violence.There is a new spirituality for people who have chosen a humanitarian sense, active life, they are real "Coddle fate" because managedto give meaning of life, which is absurd in the face of death. According to an interesting phenomenon Kropotkin mutual humanitarianfloats from "excess emotional forces of mind and will" is the third principle of self-sacrifice in “world help law”, which opposes the law ofnatural selection. This outlook delegates Humanities spiritual movement creates conditions for "transcendences humanism", alsoknown as the Society of spiritual service to people.
