Existential Aspect of Consolidating and Disintegrating Processes of Ukrainian Nation in Contemporary Social Realities

Abstract


The article is devoted to attempt to identify factors in choosing foundations consolidation processes within the Ukrainian nation, analyze these processes. The article attempts to analyze the phenomenon of social challenges by the existential foundations, as well as the processes of emergence, transformation, disappearance of one of the varieties of social groups - solidarity groups. One of existentials which is capable to producing social challenges, is Fear. On example of Ukrainian history of the late 1920th - early 1930th, the article shows how the power structure tried to neutralize the mood protest within society that have already acquired the form of the challenge. The article in the light of the impact of existential in nature regulators of social behavior (desire to obtain security guarantees for its existence, comprehension of the meaning of life and building a life meaning orientations ) analyzes the processes of social groups formation such as "solidarity of strongs", "solidarity of weaks", "solidarity against".
